These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Full Lotus Coaching website (the "Site") and your relationship with Full Lotus Coaching (the "Practice"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the site

You may view, share, and reference content from this Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Reproduce, redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without written permission

The names "Full Lotus Coaching" and "Full Lotus" (when used in connection with this practice), along with the associated logo, are trademarks of Full Lotus Coaching. The FAMILY framework is the original work of Richard Matusow.

Excerpts and links may be used, provided that full and clear credit is given to Richard Matusow / Full Lotus Coaching with a link back to the original content. Any other use requires written permission.

Coaching services and the coaching relationship

Coaching services are provided through a separate Coaching Agreement entered into by the client and the Practice at the start of an engagement. These Terms of Use govern only your use of the Site; the Coaching Agreement governs the actual provision of services.

No guarantee of results. Coaching is a collaborative process. Outcomes depend on the engagement, willingness, openness, and circumstances of each client, as well as factors outside the Practice's control. No specific results are promised or guaranteed. Any testimonials, examples, or descriptions of past client experiences shared on this Site are illustrative — individual experiences and outcomes vary.

User-submitted content

If you submit content to the Site (for example, through a contact form, comment section, or testimonial submission), you grant Full Lotus Coaching a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Practice. You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that the content does not violate the rights of any third party. You may withdraw a testimonial at any time by emailing [contact email].

Third-party links and services

This Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content. Full Lotus Coaching does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and any Coaching Agreement entered into between you and Full Lotus Coaching, constitute the entire agreement between you and Full Lotus Coaching regarding your use of the Site.

Changes to these terms

Full Lotus Coaching reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
